Composer Glass to bring his smash hits to Capital concert
Philip Glass will appear at the Usher Hall for a concert in June. The American composer, born in 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland, has been described as one of the most influential composers of the 20th century.
Commonly labelled as "minimalist", he has been described as "the most powerful composer of our time".

The Philip Glass Ensemble: An Evening of Chamber Music with Philip Glass, Wendy Sutter and Mick Rossi is being held at the Usher Hall on 23 June.
