• Bear claws: Pupils walk their hands lightly up and down their partner's backs.
• Ice skating: Performed by running the edge of the hands back and forth either side of the spine.

Hide Ad• Bunny hops: The pressing of the subject's palm using thumbs.
• Climbing down the rope: Usually used prior to Bunny hops, it involves holding the subject's arm with both hands and performing a climbing action.
• Brushing the snow off: A light dusting action performed around the head and down the back, barely making contact.
The sessions also use guided relaxation, in which pupils are taken through breathing and visualisation exercises.
