If you’re allergic to boring old neutrals, let us introduce you to H&M’s new home collaboration with colour authority, Pantone.

The bold capsule, which is the second of the duo’s joint ranges, surprisingly doesn’t feature their shade of the year, Peach Fuzz. Instead, all the pieces make bolder statements than anything in that soft and velvety hue.

The H&M Home x Pantone collection focuses on food storage and serving items, like coasters, a wooden tray and plates, in two lines, Fresh & Zesty (green and yellow) and Sweet & Juicy (spicy red and strong orange), and there are also four colourful and summery scented candles in Mandarin Gelato, Pink Grapefruit, Lemon Verde and Green Basil.

As far as homewares go, prices start at £6.99 for a Side Plate, and go up to £34.99 for a Large Serving Bowl that might suit five-a-day-friendly rainbow salads. We especially love the glossy stoneware Pedestal Bowl, £29.99, in red or apple green, the extremely Seventies-style Stoneware Vase in zesty Lime Green or Tangerine, £24.99, and the small Porcelain Jars, £9.99, in the same shades.

If the last collection, which was based on pastel shades, is anything to go by, this will sell out quicker than you can say tutti frutti. Available exclusively online in Scotland.
