Pie company sets sights on Edinburgh and Glasgow
Pieminister said it has secured financial backing to open six new outlets on top of its existing ten. It has asked Bristol-based property consultancy Williams Gunter Hardwick to identify additional locations where it is already trading in Manchester, Leeds and Bristol, while targeting the Scottish capital, Glasgow and Liverpool.
Pieminister supplies more than 80 pubs a week around the UK, as well as major supermarkets, with its range of ethically sourced pies and side dishes.
