FNZ picks Space for Edinburgh site refit

INVESTMENT management firm FNZ has chosen Aberdeen-based Space Solutions to design and refurbish its Edinburgh office in a "six-figure" deal.

New Zealand-based FNZ - which manages 18 billion of assets and lists HSBC, Standard Life and Zurich among its clients - is consolidating into one site.

Stewart Maclean, group financial controller at FNZ, said: "Our staff are spread over three different locations and we really don't want that. Having worked with Space Solutions on three similar projects in the past, I am confident that our new office is in safe hands."
