Every day we’ll update our website with a set of four new games for you to sink your teeth into. Two crosswords, cryptic and quick, sudoku and a wordwheel.

If you’re a subscriber to The Scotsman you’ve already got access to the first four games today, all you need to do is click here to play.

But if you’re not, now may be the perfect time to see what a subscription is all about.

It’s just £3 per month for the first two months and you’ll get unlimited access to all hundreds of Scottish news and sport stories every week, puzzles, fewer ads, a faster browsing experience and if you opt for the premium option, access to the newspaper digital edition app.
