My Life in Clothes: Tiffany Stevenson, comedian

What’s the last piece of clothing you bought? A pair of yellow t-bar shoes from Clarks. They are very fashion forward but super comfy. I was in a commercial for the brand years ago and feel a fierce sense of loyalty towards them.

Best ever bargain? A black and white tuxedo I got in the Whistles sale. It was reduced from £200 to £60.

Who has great style? Christina Hendricks, Scarlett Johansson and Marilyn Monroe.

Name your favourite high street shop. Whistles and Reiss for sale items, Dorothy Perkins for making their size tens fit me, M&S, and Clarks for amazing shoes that won’t break your bank, and New Look for fun.

What are you addicted to buying? I am working-class and if you’re working class there is just one rule to fashion. If it’s leopard print, buy it.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about? Plenty. The Nineties were cruel. I wore chokers and catsuits a lot.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe? My new fluorescent pink leather satchel. It’s from The Leather Satchel Company. I brought it when drunk internet shopping.
