Creative Spirit: Revealing Early Medieval Scotland brings back to life objects which did not survive the period or were badly preserved, putting them on display in their former glory in the Edinburgh museum.

The exhibition looks at articles from 300-900 AD, with researchers combining partial archaeological evidence which has survived from the time in collaboration with contemporary craftspeople and artists.

The exhibition runs from tomorrow to February 2014.
