Highland ski centres set to open doors after snowfall
Glencoe Mountain is the first of Scotland’s mountain outdoor snowsport centres to open its doors for the new season.
The business, which dates back to 1956, said last season was its worst on record as only 32 days of skiing was possible due to poor conditions.

Hide AdGlencoe Mountain has had enough snow in order to open some of its slope runs which can be accessed by chair and ski lifts.
With further winter weather expected over the coming days, CairnGorm Mountain, Nevis Range and Lecht all expect to be open soon - while Glenshee can offer sledging.
