Drifters to play Linlithgow ... for one night only

THE DRIFTERS might have been formed in 1953 by Clyde McPhatter and Ahmet Ertegun, but as Linlithgow audiences are about to discover, their sound continues to pull in the crowds.

For one night only, The Drifters Masquerade Tour stops off in West Lothian on Saturday. Expect hits old and new when one of the biggest selling bands of all times drops into Linlithgow’s Rugby Club.

Having sold in excess of 214 million singles and 114 million albums across the world, thanks to the services of more than 65 vocalists over the years, including McPhatter, Ben E King, Rudy Lewis and Johnny Moore, chances are you will be more than familiar with the hits, if not the faces.
