Comedy review: Eleanor Conway's Walk of Shame

Comedy is almost always in the detail. And there is almost no real detail in this show.

Star rating: **

Venue: Frankenstein Pub (Venue 304)

Conway is a super-lively performer but, in an attempt to cram a life full of incident (drugs, gangs, porn, alcohol and a lot of sex) into an hour, it feels like she panicked and piled everything in.

There is a fascinating show here, but this wasn’t it. The only thing that has really stuck with me is wondering how she and her friend could have got as high as she describes on 1g of cocaine.

Until 28 August. Today 7:45pm.
