Bon Jovi tribute keep the faith

THEY are the only Bon Jovi tribute band in the world to have actually shared a stage with Jon Bon Jovi himself, so fans of the 80s American rock band are in for a treat when The Bon Jovi Experience rock into Musselburgh’s Brunton Hall tomorrow.

The act is led by frontman Tony Pearce, whose resemblance to Jon Bon Jovi caused Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger to say, “You could almost be fooled into thinking that this band was the real thing. Have you seen this guy he looks so much like Jon Bon Jovi it’s freaky man.”

Pearce has been performing the music of Bon Jovi for more than 15 years now having started out with previous tribute band By Jovi in 1995.
