You're the boss: Hibs

STEVEN ROBERTSON thinks Hibs need to aim high and the Abbeyhill Hibby hopes that three points against Rangers will lift the team for the rest of the season.

What would your team and formation be? We're toiling a bit with injuries and suspensions at this stage of the season and I'd say this is the best we've got.

What are Rangers strengths and weaknesses? They've shown this season they never say die and that siege mentality is a big strength for them. Weakness-wise I see Danny Wilson is injured and he's been their next big thing, although I'm not sure how much of a loss he'll be.

How can Hibs counter those strengths and exploit those weaknesses? The pressure is all on Rangers and I can see their fans starting to get frustrated if they haven't taken the lead by half-time. Riordan and Stokes are good enough to take apart their makeshift defence.

What do Hibs have to do to win the game? It would get the fans back onside with a win to spoil their party, while getting a bigger grip on fourth place and Europe. Galbraith, Stokes and Wotherspoon are the key men for me.
