You're the boss: Hearts

STEPHEN SKED from Craiglockhart believes Hearts must beat Motherwell to keep hopes of European qualification alive.

What would your team and formation be? I would keep the 4-4-2 formation but I'd make personnel changes from Ibrox, bringing in David Templeton, Ryan Stevenson and Gary Glen.

What are Motherwell's strengths and weaknesses? They are on a poor run and have leaked a lot of goals recently and are missing keeper John Ruddy but proved against Dundee United that they can still score a few goals so they will still be dangerous.

How will you counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? Their keeper, Michael Fraser, had a nightmare against United so, if he's playing, we should look to test him early on because he will be nervy. Eggert Jonsson will be a big miss at the back but, hopefully, with Craig Thomson back, we can keep a clean sheet.

What do Hearts have to do to win the game? We look most dangerous when we get the ball down and pass it. If we can get the full-backs supporting the wingers, we can stretch Motherwell's defence and get the win we need.
