Watson’s duo in Scots team

George Watson’s pupils Ben Robbins and Jake Kerr are the only Capital boys in the Scottish Schools’ team for this year’s British International in Ashford, Kent tomorrow.

Robbins is named for the 400m and 4x400m relay while EAC clubmate Kerr is in the discus. Another GW pupil Kirsty McKean is in the girls triple jump, while Alex Hunter (Boroughmuir) is in the 1500m.

Dalkeith High supply three pupils Ellen Kristofferson, high and long jumps, Rachel Robertson, long and triple and Katie Purves, 400m hurdles.
