Volleyball: Scots lose in Luxembourg

Scotland women’s volleyball team endured another difficult time at the Novotel Cup in Luxembourg as they finished fourth and last for the second successive year.

It must be disappointing for head coach Craig Faill because his new-look side failed to win a set, as was the case last year, and he must turn it around for the European “C” Championship finals in Malta at the end of the season.

After losing 13-25, 10-25
22-25 to Norway on Saturday, Scotland faced England in their final match yesterday but went down 17-25, 23-25 16-25.
