GEORGE WITHER has lifted the Lothianburn title for the third time in five years.

He beat Tommy Whigham 9 and 8 in the 36-hole final, sealing his win in style with a  birdie-2 at the 28th hole.

Gary McClelland beat Kenny Roy to claim the A crown while other winners on finals day included Harvey Brown, who beat Neil Fisher in the seniors’ showdown.
