Third Division: Stranraer stay top as Berwick's unbeaten run ends at Arbroath

Clyde 1, East Stirling 2East Stirling earned a hard-fought 2-1 win over lowly Clyde.David Dunn put the hosts ahead after nine minutes but Stuart Mills swiftly equalised for Clyde. Kevin Cawley's 36th minute strike ended the scoring and Clyde's hopes.

Montrose 0, Albion 2

Albion Rovers enjoyed the trip to Montrose, running out 2-0 winners.

John Gemmell broke the deadlock in 32 minutes as he drove the ball past Daniele Giordano. Robert Love sealed the points five minutes later with an unstoppable volley.

Elgin 2, Annan 0

Elgin City brushed aside Annan 2-0 courtesy of two early goals.

The hosts opened the scoring in the fifth minute through Bryan Camero. Jason Crooks then latched on to a Craig Gunn pass before finishing calmly in the 11th minute.

Arbroath 3, Berwick 2

Berwick succumbed to their first defeat of the season, losing 3-2.

Alan Brazil drilled the visitors ahead but Mark Durnan and Steven Doris gave Arbroath the lead. Chris McLeod levelled but David McGowan got the winner in 82 minutes.

Queen's Park 1, Stranraer 3

League leaders Stranraer came from behind to beat Queen's Park.

Paul Harkins swept home an Ian Watt cutback to put the hosts ahead in 18 minutes but goals from Armand One, Michael Moore and Declan Gallagher saved Stranraer.
