Snooker: Michael Leslie on cue

BONNYRIGG snooker ace Michael Leslie will play Bobby Cruikshanks of Perth in the final of the Scottish Open at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange at 7pm tonight.

Leslie won their last encounter in a Main Tour Event but, since then, Cruikshanks has come into some fine form and only narrowly lost out in the final of the last Main Tour Event to Scottish No.1 James McBain.

Leslie is also in good form and has just returned from the European Under 19 Championships in Malta, where he lost out in the last 16.

All spectators are welcome and entry is free.
