In discussing the selection of his 36-man training squad for the first RBS Six Nations camp next week, Johnson debates the merits of Rennie, Kelly Brown, Roddy Grant and John Barclay, and also looks at the other uncapped player in the squad, Edinburgh wing Dougie Fife, and outlines why he has impressed the management team.

Both Fusaro and Fife are ready to go straight into a matchday squad next month he insisted.
