Nick Powell on Celtic radar as ex-Manchester United kid stars for Wigan
The former Manchester United youngster has scored three and notched three assists so far following Wigan’s return to the English Championship.
He was on Celtic’s radar in 2014, during Neil Lennon’s tenure as manager, with the Northern Irishman personally watching the former Crewe Alexandra kid.

The attacker, who has hit 24 goals in 71 appearances for Wigan since joining on a permanent basis three years ago, has also had spells with Leicester and Hull.
He made nine appearances across four seasons at Old Trafford, scoring once - ironically, in a 4-0 win over Wigan in September 2012.
Powell’s deal at the DW Stadium runs out next summer but is yet to be offered an extension, according to reports.
