The centre follows captain Greig Laidlaw and prop Geoff Cross out of Murrayfield, with the pair having agreed deals to join Gloucester and London Irish respectively.
De Luca, capped 41 times, was an apprentice with Edinburgh as a teenager before joining Border Reivers in 2006.
