Jason Tovey joins Edinburgh from Newport Gwent Dragons

Edinburgh Rugby have signed stand-off Jason Tovey from Newport Gwent Dragons on loan until May.

The 26-year-old can also operate at full-back and centre and is a former Wales under-20 player.

Aside from a spell at Cardiff Blues during the 2012/13 season, Tovey has been with the Dragons his whole career.
