Queen’s Baton comes to Edinburgh on the 14th June
On its first day in Scotland, the Baton will take pride of place at the 21 Gun Salute, to be fired in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s Official Birthday, 14th June, at 12 pm at Edinburgh Castle’s Mills Mount Battery.
The Baton will be handed over to The District Gunner, Sergeant David Beveridge, the man in charge of firing the Castle’s famous One O’Clock Gun.
