Neil Taylor must wait for ban appeal verdict

PLAY-OFFS: Neil Taylor will only discover this morning if he is able to play in Swansea's decisive play-off semi-final second leg against Nottingham Forest tonight as he awaits the outcome of an appeal into his first-leg dismissal.

The left-back will be hoping his three-match suspension is overturned at a Football Association of Wales hearing just hours before the Liberty Stadium clash. The semi-final is finely balanced after a 0-0 draw in the first leg.

Meanwhile, a three-goal burst from MK Dons gave them a 3-2 win in their npower League One play-off semi-final first leg with Peterborough yesterday. Peterborough led through Craig Mackail-Smith's 35th goal of the season, before goals from Daniel Powell, Sam Baldock and Angelo Balanta turned the game. Grant McCann scored from the spot to give Peterborough hope.
