Nathan the new Craze as Capitals No.1

NATHAN CRAZE has been revealed as Edinburgh Capitals' surprise first-choice netminder for next season.

The 24-year-old Welsh-born hot-stop has spent the last three seasons as the back-up netminder for Belfast Giants.

Previously, the Great Britain junior internationalist played for English Premier League sides Bracknell Bees and Swindon Wildcats.

Craze, from Merthyr Tydfil, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to be a starter in the Elite League. Edinburgh has a long hockey history and that's something I'm excited to be given the opportunity to be part of."
