Murray try seals win for Musselburgh
The two teams have been battling it out for the National One title all season and this knock-out match showed just how closely matched they are.
The hosts took a 17-13 lead into the break in the Borders, with tries from Glyn Desport and Rory Scott. However, the boot of Dave O’Hagen and Paul Davis’s try kept Musselburgh in it. And with 15 minutes remaining Murray’s score saw his team go ahead 18-17, and they closed out the match despite spending the last ten minutes with just 14 men after a sin-binning.
