Murphy aiming to unnerve Celtic again

Striker Jamie Murphy hopes Motherwell can flourish in their Hampden "home" when they go head-to-head with Celtic in the Scottish Cup final tomorrow.

Murphy spearheaded the Steelmen's attack as fellow forward John Sutton scored two goals in a 2-0 home win over the Hoops in late-February.

Murphy attributes his side's superiority that day to the discomfort felt by their Glasgow visitors at Fir Park.

Murphy hopes to similarly unsettle Celtic amid the more expansive surroundings of Hampden, admitting: "The game we've got to think about is the game at Fir Park where big John Sutton managed to get an early goal and everyone was fired up for the game. That was our game that day and we got a good result.

"I'm sure if we put in a performance like we did that day, we'll be there or thereabouts."
