Spanish training camp for U15s

BASKETBALL: The Scottish selectors have named the three boys’ training squads, with the under-15s already looking forward to a tournament in Spain at the start of next year.

“We have a training camp next month and then we will be off to Spain on 2 January 2,” said coach Russell Kesson.

“The standard is very high this year and it good to see that the 14 boys come from various parts of the country.

“Next year we are due to host the Under-15 Home Nations Championship in Stirling and, this time, we are going to extend the event and invite some European countries.”
