MIDLOTHIAN will defend the Scottish Women’s County title with a team containing a blend of youth and experience when Montrose stages this year’s  finals on September 21-23.

Broomieknowe provide a trio of players in Kate McIntosh, Wendy Nicholson and Hannah Scott, while Craigielaw are double parked with Gabrielle Macdonald and Jane Turner.

Joining them in Angus will be Louise Fraser (Kingsknowe), Claire Hargan (Cardross) and Karen Marshall (Baberton). Kirsten Blackwood (Glencorse) and Sal Shepherd (Craigmillar Park) are the two reserves.
