Edinburgh judo player Sarah Adlington missed out on a bronze medal at the World Cup in Madrid yesterday.

Adlington won her 78kg bout against Germany's Beatrice Rietz before losing the Pool C final to Turkey's Gulsah Kocaturk and then to Ukraine's Iryna Kindzerska.
