Italy pay the penalty in close encounter

Felipe Contepomi proved the difference with 17 points as Argentina triumphed 22-16 over Italy in their autumn Test match in Verona.

Contepomi kicked five penalties and also converted Martin Rodriguez's try as the Pumas came out on top in a close-fought contest.

Mirco Bergamasco kicked three penalties and also converted a penalty try but it was not quite enough for the home side.
