GREAT BRITAIN'S ice hockey team had to accept second best as Hungary, the World Championship Division One Group B favourites beat them 2-0 in Slovenia last night, writes NIGEL DUNCAN.

Great Britain, with Dundee-born Stephen Murphy in goals, were the better side and outshot Hungary 35-32 but they were denied by the impressive opposition goaltender.
