Hockey: Grange coach wary of double trouble

Grange have a double header at Titwood over the weekend. Today they play PSL Clydesdale in the Aberdeen Asset Management First Division, and tomorrow the sides meet again on Arthur McKay Scottish Cup business.

Although Colin Clarke sees the league as his priority, the Grange coach would like a good run in the cup as well. “We take nothing for granted and are aware of their strengths and will be working on how to negate them,” he said.

In the weekend’s other action, Grove Menzieshill face Western Wildcats, Edinburgh University host Watsonians and Gordonians entertain Hillhead.

The women’s league restarts after the World League in Brazil, and top sides Grove Menzieshill and Milne Craig Western should have little difficulty against Wildcats and Grange respectively.
