Scottish Student Golf: Easter Day fun for Eggenberger

Stirling’s Mathias Eggenberger carded a four-under-par 66 to lead by fives shots in the first round of the Scottish Student Championships at Moray.

The Swiss heads team-mates Kit Holmes, Mike Howard and Zander Culverwell. In the women’s event, Georgina Gilling (Stirling) signed for a level 76 to lead St Andrews students Iona Stephen (78), Gemma Bradbury (80) and Gabrielle MacDonald (80).
