“I really enjoyed my time at Glenalmond and it was great to be back to hear about the exciting plans for golf here and to see the enthusiasm of the pupils and teaching staff,” said the 27-year-old, who secured her LET card while she was doing her A-Levels at

Booth, who returned to winning ways in the Czech Ladies Open last year, added: “The new golf hub is amazing and something I would have really benefited from at the school stage. I am sure it will make a huge difference to the development of the school’s young golfers.”

“We are very proud of our golf course, which is a unique asset of our school and the creation of our new hub takes our golf offer to a new and exciting level,” said Tim Mitchell, Glenalmond College’s head of golf.

“We were delighted to welcome Carly back to Glenalmond to visit the hub and hugely appreciate her taking time out of her busy schedule to inspire our pupils.”
