Weather hits mid-week Scottish football card

Rangers' match against Dundee United is amongst the fixtures to fall victim to the weather this week.

The match at Tannadice had been due to go ahead tomorrow night however, on the advice of police, it has now been called-off after the stadium failed a safety inspection.

No new date has been set for the match which was due to take place on November 28.

The poor weather has also hit all of Scottish Cup third round replays with

Threave Rovers v Stenhousemuir, Annan Athletic v Brechin City and Beith's tie against Airdrie United all falling victim to the weather.

The ties will be replayed after the Christmas weekend.

Celtic's match against Kilmarnock at Parkhead tomorrow night will be subject to a pitch inspection.
