Elgin City came from behind to earn a valuable draw.
Annan opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Jack Steele headed home a David Winters cross.
However, David Niven equalised and Elgin earned a point despite Mark Durnan’s late dismissal.
Queen’s Park 5 - 0 Montrose
Jamie Longworth gave the hosts a fifth-minute lead and Martin McBride doubled their advantage shortly after half-time.
Michael Daly’s 63rd-minute header handed Queen’s Park a three-goal cushion before Longworth and Anthony Quinn completed the rout.
Clyde 3 - 0 East Stirlingshire
A 19th-minute penalty by John Sweeney put the Broadwood side ahead.
Sweeney had a second spot-kick saved by Calum Antell but second-half strikes from Jack Sloss and John Neill rounded off a good day’s work for the hosts.
Alloa Athletic 0 - 1 Berwick Rangers
the league leaders suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at Recreation Park.
Ryan McCord’s volley struck the cross bar for the hosts in the 39th minute as Alloa dominated.
However, Damon Gray’s 59th-minute penalty won it for Berwick who had Steven Notman sent off.
