HIBERNIAN and Scotland Under-21 striker Jason Cummings is no shrinking violet.
We know this from the 20-year-old’s ‘zing’ tattoo (inked in tribute to his self-penned ‘zing king’ moniker) and golden boots, attracting admiring comments from Judy Murray.
The joker in the Hibs pack, Cummings was once described by former Hibs boss Terry Butcher as having his ‘head up in the clouds’, while there are stories involving mates’ cars and Post-It notes.
But the striker, who has scored 20 goals this season, revealed his taste in TV during yesterday’s Scotland Under-21 match against Northern Ireland.
The wee Scots came from a goal down to win 3-1, with Hibs star Cummings grabbing a double and missing a first-half penalty for his hat-trick - pulling up his shorts in frustration after that spot kick blip to reveal boxer shorts emblazoned with illustrations of Heisenberg, the alias of Breaking Bad protagonist Walter White.
We can’t wait to hear Cummings in future press conferences, telling reporters to ‘Say my name’ and ‘Stay out of my territory’.
Or perhaps simply: ‘I am the one who scores’.
