Rangers have opened discussions with former Europa League opponents Osijek over the signing of Eros Grezda, according to the Daily Record.
The winger would be available for a fee of around £2 million and come in as a replacement for Jamie Murphy, who has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.
The Albanian international would represent the 13th signing of the summer for Rangers if they’re able to conclude the deal before Friday’s transfer deadline.
The 23-year-old missed both legs of his club’s tie with Rangers in Europa League qualifying through injury, though he’s since returned to fitness.
Grezda would be the second signing from Osijek this summer for the Ibrox side if the transfer goes ahead after a £1.5 million deal for left-back Borna Barisic.
