Recently-fired Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has turned down the opportunity to make a quick return to management with one of his former clubs.

According to Multimedios Deportes, Mexican side Santos Laguna offered the Portuguese head coach the chance to return to the club where he won three major titles.
Caixinha, though, is understood to have knocked back the offer as he searches for the right job following his exit from Ibrox.
After replacing Mark Warburton, Caixinha lasted just seven-and-a-half months in Glasgow as he struggled to improve Rangers’ fortunes.
