CHRISTIAN Nade’s determination to prove himself as a top flight player in Scotland has paid off with the 30-year-old French-born striker being offered a deal with Hamilton Accies.
The move will mark the former Le Havre and Sheffield United striker’s return to the highest level in Scotland after a break of five years following his release from a spell at Hearts.
Stints in Cyprus and Thailand and at East Fife failed to re-ignite hiss career, but he helped Dundee clinch the Championship title at the end of the 2013-14 campaign and played in more than 30 games for Raith Rovers last season.
A source close to Nade said: “Christian has spent the past two years working towards being a Premiership player as he feels he has something to prove at that level. He is delighted to be given that opportunity at Hamilton.”
