Loan signing Farid El Alagui’s registration returns to Brentford, although the former Falkirk frontman is also out of contract with the London club.

Meanwhile, the Scottish Cup runners-up have also announced that youth-team players Ross Gilmore, Jordan Allan, Mark Russell, Phil Anderson and Luke Johnston have also been released.

But professional terms have been accepted by Harry Souttar - brother of first-team defender John - Jamie Robson, Matthew Smith, Greig McNaughton, Ryan Booth, Scott Allardyce, Ali Coote and Rafa Malaga.
