Celtic will meet Rangers in a repeat of last season’s William Hill Scottish Cup semi-final.

Following Celtic’s 4-1 victory over St Mirren in their quarter-final earlier in the day, the Old Firm were paired again when the draw was made for this year’s last-four matches.

Rangers, who had been 6-0 winners over Hamilton Accies in their quarter-final, emerged as victors over their Glasgow rivals after a penalty shootout in last year’s encounter.

Aberdeen, who defeated Partick Thistle 1-0 in their quarter-final tie at Pittodrie, will face the current holders, Hibernian, in the semi-finals.
