St Mirren sign Rangers youngster Tom Walsh on loan

Young Rangers midfielder Tom Walsh has been allowed to join Ladbrokes Championship side St Mirren on loan until January.

The 20-year-old spent time at Dumbarton last season and he’ll return to the second tier to assist St Mirren in their quest for promotion back to the top flight.

He featured only twice for Rangers last term, both appearances coming in August, and has been sent to gain first-team experience.
