Spotlight falls on Midnight leagues

Football-mad youngsters in Midlothian are being encouraged to participate in a new season of the Bank of Scotland Midnight Leagues, which begin next week.

Boys and girls aged 12-18 can participate under the guidance of Scottish FA qualified coaches, at no cost, on Fridays at Newbattle High School, Easthouses, 7.00-8.30pm, from January 27-March 23, and Penicuik Park Astro, 7.30-9.00pm, from January 27-March 30; and on Saturdays from January 28-March 31 at Poltonhall Astro, Bonnyrigg, 7.00-8.00pm.
