SPL Fanzone: St Johnstone

THAT feels like an opportunity missed. Dundee United and Motherwell both dropped points, but unfortunately we didn’t capitalise, only managing a 0-0 draw with Inverness.

Truth be told, we took quite a while to get going and Inverness could easily have been well ahead early on.

That said, we did create plenty chances of our own as the game wore on and, on another day, might have had a penalty when Golabart bundled over Sandaza as he looked certain to score.

But had you said to me at the start of the season that we’d be fourth at the split I would have laughed in your face.

My only hope now is that we can go on to convert this chance into our best season in over a decade and win ourselves a European place.
