SPL Fanzone: Dundee United

United’s European jaunt was over before it really got going. Two minutes into the Dynamo game and it was all over. Whilst Houston blamed the players for having a ‘fear factor’, there is an argument that the team was set out in too much of an attacking formation when instead, perhaps they should have been keeping it tighter to begin with. At least the fan trouble that was being predicted in Moscow never happened.

United need to move on from that defeat and what better way to do than to beat our city rivals, Dundee, in our first competitive game in seven years, this coming Sunday. Tickets for this game have already sold out and with a whole load of United fans locked out, many are asking why so much of the ground was allocated to the away support.
