Coronavirus dominated this morning’s news after a positive test for Odsonne Edouard on France under-21 duty and a case wiping out Dundee’s Betfred Cup fixture with Forfar.
And so it continued with Stuart Armstrong returning a positive test while on Scotland duty which rules him out of tomorrow’s match – and Ryan Christie and Kieran Tierney too as both were identified as close contacts of the Southampton midfielder.
Also on the international front Filip Helander pulled out of Sweden’s squad with an injury.
A busy return for the lower leagues saw big wins for Livingston and Ayr United, with Hearts registering a win over Inverness. There was a Betfred Cup shock though as Hamilton went down 3-1 to Annan Athletic at Galabank
