Eibar surprised early on at the Nou Camp with a Borja Baston goal in the tenth minute, but Suarez helped the defending champions rally with goals in the 21st, 48th and 85th minutes.

Barca played the final minutes with ten men after defender Javier Mascherano was sent off. But the straight red card had little impact and Barcelona and Madrid have 21 points each after nine matches. Madrid remained ahead on goal difference after defeating third-place Celta Vigo 3-1 on Saturday.
